Moldovan Technology Transfer Network (RTTM) is a nongovernmental, non-political and nonprofit organization.
RTTM was founded and is acting in according with the Constitution of Republic of Moldova, national law, and especially the Law of RM nr.837-XIII from 17 may 1996 on NGOs.

The aim of RTTM is to promote innovation and technology transfer in Moldova, by creating and fostering an effective platform for interaction between main stakeholders and organizations involved in this processes.
Setting up a bridge between research and business will lead to the creation of innovative SMEs.

General objectives:

to create and develop technology transfer entities in order to stimulate the innovative initiatives,
setting up a national network of organizations that represent innovative and technology transfer infrastructures,
upgrading the technological extension and assuring the proper involvement of science and innovation in the process of economic development; efficient usage of human and material resources from scientific sphere.

Specific objectives:

to apply and commercialize the scientific results, increasing the level of usage of human and material resources from scientific units and assuring the access of SMEs to technological services and scientific infrastructure; to sustain the creation of innovative SMEs; to create and develop the partnership between scientific and business potentials,
to promote specific activities for S&T, meaning conferences, workshops, exhibitions, publishing promotional materials,
to promote the scientific results from research units to interested business entities, together with the needed technical assistance and service,
to create national data bases in this field and assuring their connectivity with the foreign ones,
managing the funds from different sources for sustaining innovative and technology transfer activities,
to determine the opportunities for launching into production the patented solutions, identifying the proper production facilities and the needed documentation,
to provide business consulting in innovation and technology transfer,
to provide legal assistance concerning IPR at the national and international levels.
